WINNING AT THE CCMA
2023 sees new rules, regulations and forms – companies and businesses will have to integrate no less than 13 new and/ or amended labour laws into their human capital, labour relations and workforce strategies, whilst still keeping costs in check and responding to increased sources of workplace disruptions. Critical decisions impacting profitability, reputation, sustainability, and risk, will have to be taken.
In April 2023 the New CCMA Rules came into effect as did the new Extended Powers of the CCMA. Most companies are not following the rules and are compromising their case when defending unfair disputes referred to the CCMA.
Winning at the CCMA is not negotiable, and it is essential to be aware of the rules for arbitrations, representation and conducting misconduct arbitrations in line with the new rules and powers applicable.
The purpose of the workshop is to empower all levels of management to confidently defend and approach the CCMA with labour disputes.
