Peter Dixon is the CEO of the Peter Dixon Consulting Group with over 25 years’ experience in strategic Industrial Relations.
After nearly a decade with one of South Africa’s largest COSATU affiliate Unions, specializing in conflict resolution and labour law, Peter consulted in various Senior Management and Executive positions with large corporate companies, applying organizational and labour relations change strategies with a phenomenal success ratio.

The consultancy interfaces with numerous wage negotiations, disciplinary enquiries, and strategic labour law policy directives for businesses, allowing corporate clients to concentrate on their core business operations.
